Recruitment Manager

What you'll do

An opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a dedicated team of Recruitment Consultants. •Leading, coaching, motivating and developing the Recruitment Team in Leeds •Working with Resource Planning, the Operation and Finance to plan the recruitment effectively•Lead and develop a successful sourcing strategy to meet business needs•Work closely with operational areas to understand priorities and impacts and ensure recruitment practices reflect requirements•Seek ways to improve processes and efficiencies, minimise errors, drive improvements and change•Ensure all relevant vetting completed to the required standard•Ensure potential risk is monitored, legal and regulatory requirements are met and operating procedures are maintained•Effectively supporting delivery of any change to the recruitment process into the team environment. This is a diverse role, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with drive, resilience and a passion to succeed

When you'll work

Working 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet the demands of the business.

What you'll get

We are looking for •Relevant Recruitment experience and up to date knowledge of Employment Law – In House experience desirable•Track record of delivering volume hires•Experience of leading permanent and contingent workforce recruitment•A passion for people and leading a team - demonstrates strong leadership with the ability to deliver excellent results•Understanding and experience of implementing sourcing strategies to meet business needs•Excellent planning and organisation skills•Understand operational risk and continually assess compliance requirements•Ability to work to deadlines and manage own and others time effectively•Experience in building and managing relationships internally and externally•Excellent communication and influencing skills •Experience of delivering change - In return, we offer our people a competitive salary and reward package
