What you'll do

Fixed Term Contract Opportunities for 6 months

Our busy Recruitment team is responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring quality candidates to join first direct. We have an excellent contract opportunity to support the Recruitment Team. The role•taking inbound calls•contributing to pipeline through outbound calling and CV Sifting•making balanced decisions on candidate suitability •conducting telephone interviews•adhering to legislative and compliance standards relating to recruitment.carrying out administrative duties to support recruitment •representing first direct at careers events and job fairs. We are looking for strong, professional communication skills with excellent attention to detail•experience of criteria based decision making•team players with a genuine passion for delivering amazing service•fast-paced learners who enjoy variety•self-starters who can work at pace in a busy environment•practical experience and of Recruitment and Employment Law

When you'll work

You will be working Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. 35 hours per week between 08:30 and 20:00
