Women of Substance
The 50 Women of Substance exhibition, sponsored by first direct, showcases 50 portraits of some of the UK's most well known and highest achieving women and highlights their contributions to society, arts, literature and the sciences.
All of the portraits were painted at private sittings by Tess Barnes who has chosen Breast Cancer Haven as the benefiting charity for the exhibition.
The exhibition will launch on 25th February 2008 at the Mall Galleries, London, before embarking on a nationwide tour.
