Our Customer Sales Representatives demonstrate these skills each and every day when they take inbound calls from our customers. These calls can be anything from a balance transfer, bill payment or setting up a standing order to helping someone who is stranded abroad due to the ash cloud! The role has sales and service targets to meet and we'll give you all the help and support required to ensure you achieve them.

when you'll work

We are currently recruiting for the following shift patterns:

All 36 hours per week:

to start on 4 October:

Shift pattern 1

Monday 08:00 - 17:30

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 14:30 - midnight

Shift pattern 2

Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 14:30 - midnight

Friday 08:00 - 17:30

Training hours are Monday & Tuesday 08:30 - 16:30 and Wednesday to Friday 08:30 - 16:00 - you will not be able to take any holidays during training

what you'll get

You'll go through an intensive seven week training course, which will teach you everything you need to know about our products, services and computer systems, as well as helping you polish your customer service skills to a tee. The course will include quizzes, role-plays and call coaching, and we'll help you consolidate and develop all the skills you need for a fantastic career with us.

Salary

 Learning Rate: £15,411 per annum

Developing Rate: £16,269 per annum

Qualified Rate: £17,122 per annum

In addition to your basic salary, you will be eligible to enjoy our flexible benefits package worth up to £1553 per annum
