Day one in any new environment can be daunting. Don't worry, we go out of our way to make everyone feel welcome.

The first thing we'll give you (apart from a warm welcome) is your name badge and photo security pass. We'll give you a vending machine card too (very important), a fire safety talk (probably a bit more important) and a car parking pass if you need one. Then you'll get a training folder and personal headset (for customer-facing roles), before you meet the team that you'll be joining.

You'll also meet your designated trainer and senior manager, both of whom are there to talk to if you've any concerns or issues.

And don't worry if you get lost - it's a big building. Just ask anyone and they'll point you in the right direction. It's that sort of place.
