Take our Call Centre training. A blend of classroom, e-learning and home learning. There's no pressure and plenty of extra support if you need it. Equally though, fly through it and you won't be held back.

For customer facing roles, we mix training with time spent joining teams in the live role - the Rookie period. This aims to transfer the knowledge and skills you've already learnt into the live environment to aid a smooth transition. Full-time roles cover a 6 week course and Part-time roles cover 9 weeks (through part-time hours). You'll have a clear timetable for training, weekly one-to-ones followed by a continuous learning programme to help you progress further in your role.

Our training also reflects our brand and the way we work. It's professional, but fun. It's simple and straight forward and we'll try and fit training into similar hours to your work patterns.

Our learning isn't all about professional development. We want you to be supported in developing personally and encourage you to broaden your skills base.

Whichever area you join us in our training provision covers full induction programmes, change awareness sessions, sales training, learning workshops, business development and management development courses.
